Outbound call security should be important to any business as it protects you from the start. We are aware of a toll fraud known as traffic pumping. These schemes, based on outbound calls, direct calls to a high cost destination that the fraudster owns, such as a premium rate number (PRN) obtained from an international carrier or number reseller.
As a default precaution (which you can change) we block outbound calls to the following top ten high risk countries where this occurs;

We also protect you against outbound calls to specific types of phone numbers that traditionally incur a higher end user cost. The table below highlights what types of phone numbers we filter;

All though we recommend you keep these settings, you can change them at any time.
On the left hand side of your account you will see a option called Outbound Settings.
Once in outbound settings on the right you will see Outbound Security.
Here you can change all the settings related to outbound dialling.
