Do Not Disturb

Sometimes you need to get on with a task – easily set your state to Do Not Disturb and you will not receive any calls or here any queues you are a part of.

Calls will be forwarded to the next in the member of the dial group.

Do not disturb is a popular feature that is used by team members who need to focus within the system, such as running reports or analysing data.

How do I enabled Do Not Disturb (DND)?

To enable Do not Disturb, Click your Settings Icon (cogs icon) on the top right.

Once in your settings change “Enable Do not Disturb?” to Yes  and click Update.
