We recognised from early on that unsolicited calls can be a headache for businesses. With the help of our blacklisted numbers we will automatically block incoming calls and will terminate the call.
When you create a inbound call routing flow you can specify if you want to enforce these blacklisted numbers or not. We enforce blacklisting as default.
If you need to be more granular, such as only blocking Mobile Numbers or calls from a specific country, you can easily implement a call filter component and hangup calls that don’t match.
On the left hand side of your account you will see a option called Inbound Call Flows.
Once there at the top you will see Blacklisted numbers.
