Callback Request

Never miss a call again with our Callback Requests. Whilst building a call routing flow, simply add a Callback feature and will email the group of participants.

Callback requests are essentially an email sent to as many recipients as necessary that tells you all about the call you missed including;

  • Location
  • System Called
  • Phone Number
  • Contact Details
  • Time

How do I enable a Callback Request?

A callback request is a component within our call routing flows. To enable a callback request, simply add a Callback request component.

Parent components that work well with the Callback Request are the Dial and Voicemail component.
